When Ice Crown actively casts Glacial Elegy, they break out of the ice and rains 3 hails of glacial shards down the battlefield, each dealing beast damage equal to 250% Attack Rating to all enemies. Grants a Frost Shield to allied heroes that lasts for 8s and dispels most debuffs. Heroes affected by Frost Shield are immune to damage from enemy summons and beasts, and 30% of the damage they receive from enemy heroes is absorbed by the Ice Crown, up to 25% of max health (absorption is reset when Ice Crown actively casts Glacial Elegy). When an allied hero receives damage, Ice Crown gains Beast Energy.
