Crash! The door burst open, and a frail woman rushed into the room.
In the secret workshop of the Bonesmith, countless puppets littered the corridors, their cries of anguish filling the air. Shemira felt the souls' wails within the puppets, witnessing their past lives. These poor souls suffered, their bodies turned into puppet shells, their spirits imprisoned to obey the tormentor. Yet the Bonesmith remained unsatisfied, deeming his creations defective, seeking more victims to torture.
Shemira sadly shook her head, pulling herself from the painful memories of these tortured souls. She needed to find Daimon swiftly, or else...
In the workshop's depths, the Bonesmith carved a puppet's joints. Daimon lay motionless on the dissection table nearby. The Bonesmith, displeased, mumbled, "Something's missing... No matter, once I unlock this boy's hidden power, you'll all be perfect masterpieces!"
"Give Daimon back to me!" Shemira shouted as she charged forward.
Surprised by the intruder, the Bonesmith waved his hand casually. As if pulled by invisible strings, the puppets around the room suddenly sprang to life and attacked Shemira.
"This is no ordinary child," the Bonesmith laughed manically. "Once I unravel his secrets, countless masterworks will be born!"
"I won't let you!" Shemira yelled furiously. "I heard the cries of these souls. I know what you did to them. I won't let you do the same to my Daimon!"
Shemira desperately fought off a puppet. But the puppets easily reassemble, continuing their onslaught even when broken. Shemira's attacks met only air.
While watching Shemira's struggle, the Bonesmith condescendingly shook his head. How could this woman grasp his grand vision? Sneering, he approached Daimon with a carving knife. Panicking and distracted, Shemira was hit by a puppet and fell.
Trapped beneath the tangled puppet limbs, Shemira reached out desperately for Daimon, letting out a despairing wail. Daimon stayed unresponsive, just like when he lay in his coffin before, unmoving despite her tears.
"I've lost Daimon once already, I won't let it happen again..."
"You're not taking Daimon away from me!"
"I hear your pain," Shemira called out to the puppets. "Give me your strength, let me avenge you."
A puppet froze in its tracks. After a moment, its bones rattled as a tortured soul wrested free from the puppet's husk and seeped into Shemira's body. The soulless puppet collapsed limply into a pile of bones.
Shemira rose unsteadily to her feet, as more and more souls converged and melded into her.
"You're mad! The spirits will consume you! You'll become a mindless monster!" the Bonesmith shrieked in terror.
The overwhelming resentment raged within Shemira, the torment rendering her speechless. Boundless hatred engulfed her entirely, and a roar that was not her own erupted from her throat:
"You shall perish!"
A long chain crackling with vengeful energy formed around Shemira. She flicked her wrist, and the chain shot toward the Bonesmith in a green blur, fracturing his ribs with a sharp crack. As the chain coiled back into her hand, Shemira advanced, and the chain's seething resentment transformed into raging bloodlust, tearing the Bonesmith's body apart.
"You've tortured us for too long!"
"An eye for an eye! A tooth for a tooth!"
"No mercy!"
Countless voices rang out from within Shemira as she mindlessly unleashed her hatred, relentlessly lashing with the chain even as the Bonesmith lay motionless.
Suddenly, Shemira felt something tugging behind her. She spun around, clawing viciously at the air.
"Ma..."
Her hand stopped mid-swing. Shemira slowly realized it was a young boy clutching her sleeve.
She kneeled down and hugged Daimon as hard as she could.

Slot 1Passive: Shemira receives less magic damage. When taking physical damage or damage that ignores Defense, is converted into magic damage.
Active: Shemira wields soul flames to unleash the power of her lantern chain, dealing 3 strikes of damage equal to of her max health to all enemies. She also pulls out the souls of the nearest and farthest enemy heroes to generate Ephemeral Spirits that last up to 5 seconds. Ephemeral Spirits have of their hero's health and of their Defense. When an Ephemeral Spirit takes damage, is passed to their hero, but the damage passed in a single strike cannot exceed of Shemira's max health. Up to 2 Ephemeral Spirits can be pulled out of each enemy hero.
